 | Looking for African American and Indian Perkins, Stark(s), Dowdell, Evans, Moore(Moose?). Can trace Perkins line back to Cherokee Co. Alabama, I also belive that they were slaves(or related to) Robert Perkins(grandson of John"Gentleman"Perkins. Dowdells were from Ga moved to Ala with their slaveowner James F. Dowdell. Moore is my maternal grt grandma I was told she was half Indian in 1923 she met Aron Evans in Birmingham Ala. Stark(s) from GA moved to Ala abt 1900.Have info back to 1880 for most of family need info befroe 1870. |
