 | I am the primary researcher for the descendents of Edward Herrin I who died in 1788 Chatham Co., NC. I am seeking his parents and I'm not sure that the information from Grimwood's book is correct since it is circumstantial. My main line is Edward Herrin II and wife Maryan and Edward II's son Shadrack Herrin who married Rebecca Stogsdill. Shadrack is not a firm son of Edward II, but DNA, proximity, naming conventions, friends, etc point almost positively in that direction. |
