 | I am the son of John Newton Hendry (b. 17 Aug 1920, Okeechobee, Florida) and Thelma Phyllis Wodock (b. 23 May 1913, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was born in Long Beach, California; 27 Dec 1944; live in Waldorf, Maryland; married to Gail Reckeweg (b. 12 Mar 1956, Washington, DC). We have 3 children, Katherine Muriel - 16; Robert William, II - 14; and Samantha-Joy - 9. I retired from the US Army in 1984 as a Major (helicopter / fixed wing pilot) after 23 years. Gail is a school teacher (2nd grade), and I am medically retired from Ameritrade where I was the Configuration Manager; (motorcycle accident left me unable to walk or drive). |
